A. Completion is anticipated for Mid 2013.

Q. When I reserve a particular one two or Couture apartment what options will I have?

A. You will have a choice of the interior colour scheme (blonde or brunette), what side of the building (if mirror floor plans available) and the level in the building.

Q. How much are the Alex Perry Fortitude Valley apartment body corporate fees?

A. The Body Corporate fees vary from approx $3850.00 - $6900 per annum ( Alex Perry Couture apartments subject to your selection). The exact amount will be confirmed by CBPD and again in the Alex Perry Residential Fortitude Valley sale contracts.

Q. What are the Couture apartments on the top 2 levels?

A. This is a limited yet highly sort after opportunity for apartment buyers requiring a larger floor plate - from 120m2 to over 300m2 (along with multiple car parks) to 'couture' their own Alex Perry apartment. After selecting your total floor area you, will meet with renown architects Cottee Parker and have your floor plan designed internally specifically to your and Alex's requirements. Your one off floor plans will then be signed off by yourself and Alex Perry. More information on this unique opportunity is available upon request.

Q. What is the initial deposit required on an Alex Perry Residential Couture apartment?

A. $5000 ( Note: $1000 on other Alex Perry Residential apartments)

Q. After I select an Alex Perry apartment when will I be contacted to answer questions I have?

A. Generally within 24 -48 hours on the phone numbers and email address you have provided.

Q. How and when do I pay the initial $1000 deposit to officially take an apartment off the market?

A. The initial $1000 can be paid by way of most major credit cards, cheque or a cash transfer into the marketing agents trust account. The $1000 will be required to be provided within 48 hours of you being contacted or the Alex Perry apartment you have reserved will be placed back on the market. " Reserving" an apartment doesn't create outright entitlement to that specific apartment until unconditional sale contracts are signed and received. Your Alex Perry Residential is simply 'reserved' so purchasing process's can begin.

Q. When is The balance of 10% deposit due?

A The balance of 10% deposit is due within 14 days of sales contracts being signed and returned by the purchasers. Bank Guarantees are acceptable as are certain deposit bonds subject to confirmation by CBPD. Cash deposits will earn interest.

Q. When do I sign the sale contacts?

A. After you have been contacted by CBPD and your questions satisfactorily answered along with your purchasing entity confirmed, Alex Perry Residential sale contacts and disclosure documentation will be forwarded for your signing. All Alex Perry Residential Sale Contracts will have a reply paid envelope and be clearly marked where to sign.

Q. Can I rent out my Alex Perry Apartment?

A. Yes. You have a choice of long term letting ( 6 months +) or if you so choose, placing your apartment into Alex Perry Residential shorter term letting ( overnight). The Brisbane City Council has approved 65 x Alex Perry Residential Fortitude Valley apartments for short term accommodation.

A. Yes. On the residential levels.

Q. Are all apartment levels secure?

A. Yes. All levels including the basements require approved access.

Q. Could I purchase the Alex Perry Fortitude Valley apartment in my superannuation fund?

A. Possibly yes. We have authorized licensed representatives who can assist you with this process.

Q. Will I need a solicitor in Queensland to handle the settlement?

A. Yes and we can forward a list of local property centric firms upon request

Q. Is a depreciation schedule available ?

A. Yes for apartment purchases, an approximate example is available upon request.

Q. When can I inspect the site?

A. You are welcome to visit the Alex Perry Showroom located at 959 Ann Street Fortitude Valley Brisbane open 10pm to 6pm daily. Upon request all interstate and international Alex Perry Residential purchasers will be picked up and dropped off at the Brisbane Airport after the presentation in the Alex Perry Showroom.

Q. Will my initial $1000 be refunded if I do not proceed with the Alex Perry Residential apartment purchase?

A. Yes, provided the Alex Perry Residential Sale Contracts on your selected apartment are not signed and unconditional.
